Young (Stan). A native of Dallas, a graduate of
Baylor University with a BBA in economics, and a former Navy
pilot. After a short stint as a Braniff pilot, Mr. Young
began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker '74 - '78,
served as President of Arenco Development Co. '79 - '81 and
was a principal in Vitale Young Real Estate '82 - '89. In
1989, he founded Medical Real Estate, and
currently serves as the company's president.
Robert L. Randolph. A graduate of the
University of Texas with a BBA in finance, Mr. Randolph
began his career in construction and mortgage lending in
Houston with Republic National Bank in 1970. He progressed
through the ranks of owning a commercial mortgage company,
and finally became a real estate investor and developer in
1980. To date, Mr.
Randolph has acted as general partner or managing
partner of partnerships developing over 2 million square
feet of medical office and other commercial real estate in
Texas and surrounding states. For the past five years, he has
worked with Mr. Young at Medical Real Estate,
Inc. concentrating on the development of medical facilities.

After working 13 years as a graphic designer, Mrs. Emery
began employment with Medical Real Estate, Inc. in September
of 2012. Mrs. Emery is responsible for the preparing of
proposals for investors, packages for properties, and is
skilled at client relationships, correspondence and project
